Quantum Scalar Australia is committed to delivering high-quality Scalar Devices by our German partners “Erstes Transferzentrum für Skalarwellentechnik “/Germany.
We stand behind the high-quality craftsmanship of our products. The manufacturer offers a 2 -Year limited warranty, beginning from the date of purchase, to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our scalar devices.
Warranty Coverage:
The 2 -Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. During the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective scalar device or components without charge. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the scalar device.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to excessive heat, moisture, or corrosive environments.
Failure to follow the product instructions or use the device for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
Quantum Scalar Australia is not liable to conduct warranty repairs in cases where the manufacturer "Erstes Transferzentrum für Skalarwellentechnik," or its repair service becomes unavailable due to closure, insolvency, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Making a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact Quantum Scalar Australia Customer Support within the 2-year warranty period for instructions. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue are required for validation.
Return Shipping Costs:
In the rare event that a Scalar device needs to be returned to our repair centre in Germany for warranty service, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment. Quantum Scalar Australia is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during the return shipping process.
Prior to returning the product, please contact Quantum Scalar Australia Customer Support to initiate the warranty claim process.
By submitting a product for warranty service and agreeing to the terms outlined in this statement, the customer acknowledges and accepts the responsibility for all associated return shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability:
The liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Acknowledgment:
By purchasing a scalar device from Quantum Scalar Australia, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the limitations outlined in this clause regarding warranty repairs in the event of closure of "Erstes Transferzentrum für Skalarwellentechnik" or its repair service.
Duration:
This 2 -year limited warranty is valid for scalar devices purchased directly from Quantum Scalar Australia or authorized resellers.
